With clear graphics on both sides plus a large text warning, this large-size lockout information stand should be placed near locked out machinery. For the optimum amount of protection, use this sign in combination with a lockout barricading system to create an obvious lockout point. The sign is made from chemical-resistant polypropyelene and has a built-in carrying handle for easy transportation. The same message is printed on both sides of the stand and reads: 'This Machine is Locked Out. Authorised Personnel Only'.
