Delivery & Returns Policy


We endeavour to deliver all stock items on a next working day service from receipt of order.

Our standard Guaranteed service is as follows.
All orders UNDER £50.00 Net that are placed on a standard next working day service will be subject to a packing and carriage charge of £15.00 + VAT Total.
All orders £50.00 Net and over - that are placed on a standard next working day service will be delivered FREE.
*Exclusions apply for larger-bulkier items i.e. Hoardings / Rapid entrance barriers etc Carriage cost for these items will be quoted at the time of order placement.*

Any orders, regardless of value, that are required on a timed delivery will be subject to the following charges.

PRE 9.30 AM NEXT DAY= £45.00 + VAT (On orders under 20kg + 70 pence per kilo thereafter) Post code restrictions apply to this service. Please call us.
PRE 10.30 AM NEXT DAY = £40.00 + VAT

Important Note:- Timed deliveries cannot be 100% guaranteed but we endeavour to deliver to our best ability. It is with regret that these charges will have to be passed onto our customers.

All the above charges are based on delivery to MAINLAND UK ONLY. Delivery charges will differ for other areas.

Goods may not be returned for any reason without the prior agreement of the seller.

All goods ordered in error or are surplus to requirement can be returned under the following conditions. They must be returned within 5 working days of receipt. They must be unused, in the original boxes and complete with all relative manuals, certifications and delivery notes. A restocking charge will be applicable and any third party costs will be deducted including outward carriage costs. Any goods that have been bought in specifically or programmed especially will be sold on a non return basis.

We offer a 12 month warranty on all our products. Any products that are returned faulty within this period will be tested and inspected by either ourselves or returned back to the original manufacture. Upon the report, should they be found to have a manufacturing default then a credit note will be issued. If it is assessed as 'site damaged' then it will be returned to the buyer.
