DELIVERY.
We endeavour to deliver all stock items on a next working day service from receipt of order.
If requested, we can offer a packing and delivery charge of £5.00 + vat for orders UNDER £20.00 Net and BELOW 2KG IN WEIGHT, These items will be shipped via Royal Mail. Please note that this service is not trackable and next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Our standard Guaranteed service is as follows.
All orders UNDER £100.00 Net that are placed on a standard next working day service will be subject to a packing and carriage charge of £15.00 + vat Total.
All orders OVER £100.00 Net that are placed on a standard next working day service will be delivered FREE.
Any orders, regardless of value, that are required on a timed delivery will be subject to the following charges.
BETWEEN 7.00AM & 9.00AM NEXT DAY= £40.00 + VAT
BETWEEN 7.00AM & 10.30 AM NEXT DAY = £35.00 + VAT
BETWEEN 7.00AM & 12.00 NOON NEXT DAY = £30.00 + VAT

Important Note:- Timed deliveries cannot be 100% guaranteed but TNT will still charge for the service. It is with regret that these charges will have to be passed onto our customers.
All the above charges are based on delivery to mainland UK only. Delivery charges will differ for other areas.

RETURNS POLICY.
Goods may not be returned for any reason without the prior agreement of the seller.
All goods ordered in error or are surplus to requirement can be returned under the following conditions. They must be unused, in the original boxes and complete with all relative manuals, certifications and delivery notes. We do not levy a restocking charge but there will be a small charge for outwards carriage costs.
We offer a 12 month warranty on all our products. Any products that are returned faulty within this period will be tested and inspected by either ourselves or returned back to the original manufacture. Upon the report, should they be found to have a manufacturing default then a credit note will be issued. If it is assessed as 'site damaged' then it will be returned to the buyer.
